I launched my solo legal practice in October 1986 after earning a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from the Graduate Tax Program at New York University School of Law. Since then, I’ve been practicing law in both Colorado and Wyoming—either independently or as a founding member or shareholder in a law firm.

From the beginning, my path to becoming an attorney has felt like a calling. Although I initially planned to pursue a career in engineering, I felt a strong pull during my senior year of high school—a conviction that I was meant to help others through the legal profession. That calling has guided me ever since.
For over 30 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping clients navigate some of life’s most difficult challenges—whether financial hardship, complex legal disputes, or unexpected setbacks. My role is not just to offer legal advice, but to provide clarity, support, and a path forward.
